Build education knowledge, assessment rules and teaching workflows into lasting systems.
MNT works with Hong Kong education organisations, starting from curriculum and question material to design knowledge structures, assisted assessment and teaching tools. Projects vary in scale, but all require clear source rights, permissions, teacher review and acceptance criteria.
From subject material to useful infrastructure
Larger K12 or multi-subject work must be assessed against actual material and needs. These are engineering directions, not a claim that every module is already standardised.
Curriculum and knowledge architecture
Map curriculum requirements, concepts, teaching material and questions for educators and systems.
Assessment and feedback design
Structure assessment dimensions, answer evidence and teacher-review workflows so outputs can be examined.
Institutional deployment and permissions
Define data access, integration, maintenance and acceptance around existing workflows.
Where existing systems fit
The three-layer teaching system remains, but is one application of education engineering, not all of MNT.
WhatsApp AI teaching assistant
Support for practice, feedback and teacher work in everyday institutional communication.
WhatsApp AI teaching assistant →Shared technology does not mean shared client data.
Engineering can build reusable methods and general capabilities. Client-owned materials, exam papers, knowledge assets and student records remain governed by their own permissions and are not automatically transferred to Lab.
Data and rights
Agree on source material, use rights and retention first.
Teacher involvement
Subject explanations and assessment results need appropriate human review.
Scope and acceptance
Set deliverables, tests and maintenance around real material and goals.
Discuss a concrete education engineering problem.
We first understand the need, then decide the appropriate project form and scope.
