A conversation grounded in teaching needs
On 16 October 2026, VPort AI EduTech Limited was invited to take part in a Digital Education Services Exhibition at Yaumati Catholic Primary School (Hoi Wang Road). Bruce Chen, Managing Director of MNT, attended as VPort AI's education AI technology partner and spoke with educators and education technology providers on site.
The on-site exhibitor directory listed 30 booths across six floors, with VPort AI at booth 607 (6E) on the sixth floor.

Building education knowledge infrastructure together
MNT provides technology services to VPort AI for Hong Kong K12 AI education knowledge infrastructure. Its work focuses on structured curriculum and subject knowledge, data standards, assessment references and traceability—foundations that can be maintained and used by future teaching applications. The aim is to support teachers' professional judgement, not replace it.
The exhibition gave both partners a chance to hear directly from local educators about teaching workflows, assessment and dependable tools.

Understanding writing as a process
MNT also shared the direction of DSE Writing Intelligence from MNT Lab. Its demonstrable prototype records paper-based writing, replays the writing process, recognises Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and English handwriting, and supports AI-assisted analysis with teacher review. It remains under refinement and validation. The first phase focuses on HKDSE Chinese Paper 2 and English Paper 2 Writing; it is not an official examination grading system.
Continuing to learn from Hong Kong classrooms
During the event, VPort AI received a certificate of appreciation from the Catholic Education Office for its participation. For MNT, the event connected its education AI work with the practical needs of local schools and teachers, and brought its technical partnership into a tangible Hong Kong education setting.
MNT will continue to focus on Hong Kong education knowledge engineering, AI-assisted assessment and verifiable learning tools, working with local organisations and partners on technology that can be used and improved over time.
